1. Poster Presentation Schedule (June 30 & July 1)
- Posters should be placed before 11:00
- Poster display time: 11:00 ~ 19:30
- Poster presentation time: 18:00 ~ 19:30
- Posters should be removed: 19:30 ~ 20:00
2. Presentation Venue: Lobby, Landing Convention Center, Jeju Shinhwa World
3. Poster Size: 1,000 mm (height) x 800 mm (width) [recommended]
※ No specific poster template.
*Poster Board Size: 2,000 mm (height) x 950 mm (width)
Notice
- The presentation number will be posted at the top of each panel
- Presenters are expected to be available near their poster during the presentation time for discussion with the participants.
- Adhesive tape will be provided to attach your poster on the board. Using pins is strictly prohibited.
- Jeju Local Beer & Pizza will be served during the presentation time.
